The first step of the process is to create a common vision and common goals. We place great importance on informing and inspiring your employees. In workshops, we will describe the coming process and the possibilities it offers, with the purpose of involving and engaging your employees. The more your employees know, the less they will fear the change, and the greater their enthusiasm for what’s to come

2. Survey

How do you currently work? What is the work pattern of your office – which solutions work and what do you feel is lacking? How you would like to work in future?

The point of Next Office is to avoid forcing individuals and organisations into a concept. Instead, we take our starting point from the way you work based on your need to create a solution that will work for you in the future. This is why we carefully analyse your organisation and the work methods of your individual employees. By holding workshops with your employees and having them fill out a web survey, and by interviewing project and management teams we gain important information. We also map out how facilities are and will be used in your office and to what extent. The collated results give us a good idea of the settings you will need to serve your future development.

3. Results & Strategy

How well do you know yourselves? Do you truly work the way you think you do?

This phase of the project is an exciting one as the results of the survey often give you new information and knowledge on and insight into how your business operates and how you can develop your work methods. Together, we analyse the results. Using what we learned, we create a common strategy that corresponds to your goals and vision for your new office.

4. Activity Design Solution

How will it look? How can your new office be designed to meet your specific needs?

Now it's time to get practical. Having reviewed the results of the report and the insights gained, together we develop the future strategy to be translated into a substantial design concept with tailored spaces. Next Office offers many inspiring settings that support different types of work. Should your survey show that you require more varied meeting and project spaces, or if your employees have highlighted that they value private work spaces, the floor plan will reflect this! A complete interior design solution with look and feel can be added to this stage as an extra service.

5. Implementation

How can this be achieved? How do sit/stand desks work? Why should you use them? And how do you personalise your ergonomic office chair? How do you use the room booking system, meeting spaces and rooms/spaces for making phone calls?

It is vital that your employees are given a good introduction to the environment and any new working methods and behaviours. We deliver, install and assemble your new office quickly and efficiently. But that's just the beginning. We also train your employees to know and utilise the possibilities of their new office, and conduct follow-up meetings to ensure that all details are in place.

6. Follow - up

How did things turn out? Is the office customised to how you work and can you easily make changes when needed? Do you feel you cooperate more and that you have a creative and productive atmosphere? After six months in your new office, we will once more analyse and evaluate the results in relation to your vision and goals.
